Control/Automation
This feature lets you easily control everything in your home, room-by-room, using our ultra-cool touch screens and remotes, or anytime, anywhere from your favorite smart device.
Remotes
In consumer electronics, a remote control is a component of an electronic device such as a television set, DVD player, or other home appliance, used to operate the device wirelessly from a short distance. Remote control is a convenience feature for the consumer, and can allow operation of devices that are out of convenient reach for direct operation of controls.
Touchpanels
Touch panel technologies are a key theme in current digital devices, including smartphones, slate devices like the iPad, the screens on the backs of digital cameras, gaming systems, and Windows devices. The term touch panel encompasses various technologies for sensing the touch of a finger or stylus.
SmartPhone Apps
Applications designed for your smart devices to control your entire home theatre system.
HVAC Automation
Smart thermostats that tie into automation systems or work independently (such as the Nest thermostat) are becoming more common and can also provide considerable energy savings with programmed timers and occupancy sensors. These typically use traditional cabling to the furnace and A/C unit, but the connection back to a system processor or control app may be either wired or wireless, so you’ll need to plan accordingly in your prewire.
Gate/Mortorized Door Control
Using a motorized gate and door control device, you'll see the security and comfort of your home greatly improve with little effort on your own part. Your home is a tool for living in, so it should adapt to you. Using these devices allows you to easily open doors as you arrive home without having to step out of your car and do it by hand. Moreover, they make it nearly impossible for others to do so physically without the remote that only you have.
